Pros

CMA seems like a great company, but it's a very good facade. Good luck getting any help when you're having problems at work. They like the brush issues under the mat, so to speak, and will terminate anyone who continues to bring issues to their attention. This is how the company manages its employees and also how is manages its HOAs. Something is broken? Let's bandage it in the cheapest way possible. These people are all about putting on a smile and hiding the truth for the sake of keeping clients in the dark.

Cons

I can't count the number of people--including VPs and Senior VPs--who pretended to offer wisdom in dealing with certain workplace issues, but weren't actually willing to help solve the problem. Sometimes saying the right words just doesn't cut it. Changes need to be made in this company.

There's a steady workflow, and CMA provides good training for new hires. Supportive environment and they value employees.
