Surrounded by individuals who care about the work that they are doing. To give interns as much of a hands on experience as possible, you work closely with associates, senior associates and consultants on various projects. You meet up weekly with your manager to check in on how the internship is going and to ensure that your goals, desires for the summer are met. I felt very valued as an intern there.

Community Wealth Partners is a great place to work for people who care about creating social change and want to work with a super smart and very caring group of people. Creating change isn't easy and we do work hard here. However, there is a respect for people's time and a shared value of honoring the commitments that people have outside of work. The leadership is inspiring and transparent, people's voices matter here, the work is interesting and challenging and we care about each other as human beings.

We are a growing business that is somewhere in between being small and scrappy and being larger with robust and sophisticated systems. So there are sometimes growing pains as we experiment and adopt new systems and ways of working that will enable us to continue growing.
