      Pros

      Good people, fun culture with a collaborative environment.

      Cons

      Couple of leadership persons cause quite a bit of internal team disruption and created chaos working through the the SDLC. Also, light on project software available to track project status and to openly share specific progress reports with clients.

      The only downside of working at Red argyle is the amount of paid time off.

      Pros

      Great team environment, Very smart and understanding individuals. Project work is very rewarding and fun.

      Cons

      Rotating door in management rolls. No clear vision of the future for employees. Short notice termination. Some management voices political opinions while relating possible future job market conditions.
