- Hourly adjustments have negated previous pay increases. - Inconsistent hours/short notice of shortened/reduced hours. - Little to no follow up on when to expect return to normal 40hr weeks - Difficulty or outright inability to obtain necessary documentation for partial unemployment during slow business periods. - Unwillingness of high level management to accommodate employee needs outside of work post-pandemic.
