They promise you everything but Training very scattered-nurses and most employees burnt out and bitter-very cliquish and not healthy environment-awful communication-nurses training me me asked who I was-didn't even know I was coming! They claim to be a company who cares about people but they do not walk their talk and even tried to cheat me out of pay...management only interested in maintaining Status quo and hide in their offices....even when staff is overwhelmed management is in “meetings”- toxic! If you want to work here- KMS- Keep Mouth Shut! They are not open to ANY feedback!

Pay is less than market value- like WAY less and they want you to care for TONS of patients- Employee morale low-everyone is bitter and constantly calls off from shifts leaving the place chronically understaffed. Management integrity is totally absent- they lie straight to your face and gaslight you like it is all your fault-foxes guarding the henhouse for SURE
