Collaboration without ego is one of COMPASS' entrepreneurship principles and it couldn't be more accurate. This is my dream job and my dream employer. In my humble opinion after 18 years in the luxury real estate business, there are no brokerages that come close.

Always looking for the "next best tool" sometimes means that things are rolled out before they are perfected and the updates are not always forthcoming. But on balance...not a big issue
