Pros

great benefits commissions were ok

Cons

experienced management, but not competent. some of the management team had very good relations with staff and clients. Others were inept and had no understanding of the business.

Advice to Management

nothing will change without addressing the management issues you have. without an understanding of the business, compliance will not grow.

I worked at Compliance as a contractor

    Pros

Projects managers are friendly and helpful. They work hard to roll over candidates to new projects when one project is coming to an end. Very transparent about project timelines and changes. Flexible hours.

    Cons

The west 45th office is in bad shape. Tiny bathrooms and kitchen with nowhere to sit and cramped working conditions. The carpets are all stained and most of the chairs are broken.

    Advice to Management

Work on finding a better office for reviewers.
