    Cons

    RACIST!!! Only hire Black or White people You only get a raise if the manager favors you over someone else. Managers do not care about employees No Training No Overtime Terrible Benefits High School Esque Environment NO COACHING Managers talk about employees. LOTS OF GOSSIP

    Horrible Company to Work For

    None - there’s no positives to this company

    Cons

    - Zero training or support - Tons of odd hours and overtime, all while being criticized for overtime hours - Little to no resources for technicians to complete a wide variety of jobs - Tons of far driving - Plenty of technicians attempting to pawn off their tickets onto newer, more naive technicians - Terrible pay, and promises for a contract-to-employee transition, which was reneged on - Shaming employees for taking PTO, asking them to cancel or move it to attend training that’s being constantly moved, and outright telling employees that their requests will most likely be rejected - Absolutely awful employee retention
