I have been working at CompuCom full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Great Benifits and you start with three paid weeks off and six paid floating holidays. This company works as a manage service for larger companys, your main focus is on service level agreements, no excuses. They do promote training and certifications, they provide an onsite skill port learning center.

Cons

It is hard to advance from within. To focused on Contract agreements and SLO and not enough on Customer service

    Pros

    Decect pay, lots of PTO, good insurance options, flexibility of schedule, shift differential for 2nd 3rd shift, good people,

    Cons

    Difficult to be hired on full time(you really gotta know your stuff), pay could be better in my area but is improving, working with less knowledgeable temps, workload is high

    I have been working at CompuCom full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Paid training and certifications, good workload most of the time

    Cons

    Management no longer cares about their Techs, in the CT area Techs are quitting because of the current Managers; poor management skills.

    Advice to Management

    Managers should value their experienced Techs and stop hiring $8 techs who don’t know what they are doing before the company starts losing more accounts.
