    Pros

    People are the reason to work at Comverse. Employees do the best they can with the guidance they are given.

    Cons

    Communication poor and respect for employees is very unsatisfactory. Environment is 24/7. No regard for worklife balance. Management does not show respect to employees.

    Advice to Management

    Communicate with employees in a coherent and calm way. Try not to change processes in the middle of projects or jump from one project to another constantly. Although the firm is global try to hold meetings at a time when everyone is awake and they do not have to wake up in the middle of the night to attend.

    Exposure to latest technology.
    Flexibility to work from home.
    Co-operations among employees.

    Cons

    Dying company. Loosing talent.
    satisfying the manager is become a mantra rather then delighting the customer.
    Became risk averse. Everyone play safe here.
    No recognition for employees.

    Advice to Management

    Step back & analyze annual customer satisfaction survey!
    Show leadership rather just management skills.
