Pros

There are many promotion opportunities (eventually), some medical and retirement benefit options are great. Entry level employee are typically very pleasant and supportive so they help each other out as much as possible - you will find community there. The pay can eventually be very competitive. Overtime opportunities are great.

Cons

If you are coming in at an entry level, chances are you have to remain in the position for one or two years before you are seeing the earning potential and full time work. Corporate benefits are hard to come by (broken links, no contacts, etc). The medical benefits are a bit expensive. At the entry level, there is a lot of micro management but not a whole lot of support for new employees. Sick policies are stringent. Local management is mainly the same ethnic background, it would be nice to see more diversity there. It seems to become a little more diverse with upper level management.
