Pros

People are fun. Stress is quite low. They believe in rewarding a job well done, so we have parties often. Benifits are great, but the stability of them for new hires is iffy.

Cons

Vacation time is on the low side, 10 years in the company, gives you 3 weeks vacation. Comp time doesn't exist.

Advice to Management

Some of the rules about lateness and absences should be work should be a case to case basis. Why force an employee to work while sick, spread it to others, whose familys then get sick too? Hello?

The hours are long and it is difficult to not take home the worries from work.

    Advice to Management

General managers should be rotated less often. If they stayed in one area for 5 years or more they could be held more accountable.
