    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

OK Pay, great group of people to work with, opportunity for advancement if you are political and have a college degree.

    Cons

Poor schedule, consistent flip-flopping of hours, poor medical benifits, management's hands tied by excessively aggressive HR department

    Advice to Management

Increase pay to meet the qualifications of your talent. A college degree is an asset, but experience is worth its weight in gold. Have your new management trainees work freight for the first 6 months - it is impossible to lead by example if you don't know what that example is.

    Approves of CEO

    Pros

good pay for drivers to start, trucks are fairly new, they are concerned with safety, lots of training there, they care.

    Cons

all drivers start on the flex board and work their way up, most of the time is spent on the dock

    Advice to Management

need to listen to the customers, we are delivering later every day, and they don't like it. listen to your drivers
