I have been working at Conagra Brands full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Great benefits, lots of paid time off early on, great safety protocols, company seems to actually put forth an effort in making it a good place to work.

Cons

Constant lay-offs, being sent home after working two hours, lack of communication about future plans of the plant and what it means to current employees. Some supervisors treat employees as if they were animals.

Advice to Management

Be more up front with your employees, whether it's good news or bad news.

I worked at Conagra Brands full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Benefits are awesome, growth opportunities are plentiful, definite career path, opportunity to work with other professionals, culture and product improved a lot under Gary Rodkin.

    Cons

Not family-oriented enough, too far from where I live, unwilling to allow telecommuting at my level, which was an analyst-level position.

    Advice to Management

Very happy with upper management, with the exception of one individual in the beginning of my time there, and that situation was rectified. The person had been causing problems for others. Please provide telecommuting opportunities, at least on a part-time basis.

    Pros

Exposure different experiences, good work location. People have high energy and are generally proud of their work

    Cons

Long hours, lack of advancement in timely manner, or advancement of those who can put on the better "dog and pony show".

    Advice to Management

Forced distribution curve pay for performance is outdated. Revisit your
