    Pros

Every other week you get a 3 day wk end.
Insurance kicks in after 62 days.

    Cons

NEVER get your full hrs for the week, always something goes down.
Promotions to temp employees before the regular employees.Machine operators are not fully trained, most cant trouble shoot the machine they run. They also dont rotate the pmo jobs, therefore they "forget" how to run other machines.
Bad management , unsafe conditions you are forced to take part in, if you refuse you get fired.

    Advice to Management

Be more involed in what happens on the production floor. Communication between shifts is very poor.

    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Competitive salary, good benefits, and opportunities to learn and grow. Products range from good to OK; prices are competitive. Diversity is supported in both hiring and development.

    Cons

People don't recognize CAG products, so when you say you work there, you have to spend time explaining what products are made. Big shakeup in 2005 when Gary Rodkin came on board as CEO. He came in and changed things up; great ideas on moving the company forward. However, his exec team didn't seem to embrace the changes and status quo returned to some degree.

    Advice to Management

    Accountability, accountability, accountability
