    Pros

    My opinion matters. Big company with small company vitality. Individual people can make a difference. I'm not just a cog in a machine. NOT corporate - a good thing!

    Cons

    A lot of legacy baggage to overcome. Old practices were tough. People needed to be more valued.

    The work atmosphere is pretty low- key for the most part.

    Cons

    Marketing has made some baffling decisions lately. And Management takes a fairly underhanded way of dealing wioth employees and major issues effection the work atmosphere
