Horrible work/life balance. Horrible pay. Work in the worst of conditions and on call once every 4 weeks. Can work from 7am until 11pm or later and be expected to be at work again at 7am then next day with only 1 break throughout the shift. Worst job I have ever had in my life. The quarterly bonuses are based on nothing except if your manager likes you or not. There is no rhyme or reason as to how they separate the different bonuses to people. If they like you, then you could get a bonus of $400, but if they do not like you, then you could get $100. I asked numerous times if they can provide some kind of spreadsheet as to how they calculate the bonuses and management could never provide the information because they had nothing set up based on performance. It was all strictly based on popularity. Pure joke of a company.
