The place is a zoo and it lacks strong management. Not a good place to work

    Pros

    9 to 5 and Monday to Friday at most locations
    Good Benefits
    Employee Pension Plan
    Ability to work on your own with nobody breathing down your neck
    Working with great clients who need your help

    Cons

    Autocratic management
    Management does not listen to the employees let alone actually ask them what they think
    Often launches too many corporate wide changes at once overloading everyone in the clinics. Also no explanation for the changes.
    Left hand does not know what the right hand is doing which is often very confusing for those working in the clinics. Plans are often half baked and main thing missing is good communication with the clinics.
    Current computer system/software is abysmal!!!! Dump it and start over!

    Advice to Management

    It's not a democracy but go out into the clinics and speak meaningfully to your employees and ask them what they think! Stop alienating your staff in the clinic and really talk with them. At least then you can have some buy in for your ideas. Also fire that call centre. They are useless. Talk to your HCP's and ask them about their experiences. Most are very unhappy with what the call centre is booking in their calendars and it's making them angry and resentful. Also start having some effective marketing. Our marketing sucks!!!!! Get creative and launch an original idea!
