    Pros

    Really passionate BCBAs and many of them are skilled. You can learn a lot from there if you are a ABA student.

    Cons

    Really bad communication issues, always issues with scheduling. And they don’t provide any training.

    Pros

    They care for the most part, they’ll listen to your concerns and they’re reasonable. I like my job, pay is well.

    Cons

    Admin don’t communicate with each other as much as they should so things get mixed up and nobody knows what’s going on.
