I worked at Connections Academy as a contractor (Less than a year)

Pros

- A lot of motivating people
- Enough freedom to be yourself but not too much where the place would be hectic
- They go out of their way to show that they appreciate you (i.e. omelette guys, ice cream, and pizza)

Cons

- They hire a lot of temps during their season with the most call volume so, only about 30-40% of the people in that department were regular employee's

    I have been working at Connections Academy full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    -Tuition reimbursement
    -flexible hours.
    -friendly atmosphere.
    -Growing company.

    Cons

    The pay is really low, especially based on prior experience and, the pay structure is not necessarily clear. Overworked during the busy season and not much room for growth. Poor inter-departmental communication.

    Advice to Management

    Fight for your employees to earn better pay, initially when accepting the position and after annual reviews. The hourly raises BARELY increase overall pay,
