    Pros

    Not a lot of ‘pros’ about the company!

    Cons

    Awfully low pay Poor commission structure Poor car allowance Little career guidance and support from management

    Advice to Management

    Management need to stop selling ‘the dream’ before employment as there is such a high turn over of staff due to this and the way members of staff are treated. No recognition for achieving and no benefits what so ever! No a lot of positive things to say about the Connells Group.

    Pros

    Great Team in Thame Very Professional Great Competitiveness

    Cons

    Minimal Commission from Sales from as low as 3% of company’s fee Long hours (however this is part of the job and not really a con if you can hack it)

    Advice to Management

    Increase commission, especially you are making the company good money and reward good salesmanship at all levels.
