Cons

Slower response rate when having to market person. Seem to like an easy fit.

    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Connexion Systems & Engineering as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

Other than I got a job through them I can't really think of any pros. I'm on a 4 month contract but actively looking elsewhere.

    Cons

Their benefits package is horrible. They don't even offer vision. And I'm still trying track down a benefits rep to determine the prescription drug plan or dental. I'm located in Ca. and the rep is back East and the communication process seems rushed.

    Advice to Management

Find better benefits. Even if the pay is equal to what you are offering I will be leaving my contract at the first offer with a decent benefits package as the ones you offer are, to put it bluntly, complete crap.

    Positive Outlook
    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Connexion Systems & Engineering full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Limitless income potential if you're willing to put in the time and effort
No micromanagement and ability to work a full desk if you choose
    Great work/life balance and flexibility
Supportive owners who provide their employees with all of the tools needed to succeed in a very competitive marketplace.
Newly renovated, state of the art office space in Sudbury with flat screen TVs, a putting green, ping pong table, coffee/snacks.
Overnight holiday party and dinner at the Liberty Hotel, Red Sox game, golf outings, incentive contests, etc.

    Cons

Talent shortage - not enough qualified candidates to fill all of the open positions we have to work on

    Advice to Management

Stay the course! Connexion has extremely talented professionals in both its Sudbury and Quincy locations and is poised for huge growth in 2017 and beyond.
