I have been working at ConocoPhillips full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Easy access to management.
Lots of incentives to work hard.
Younger culture is starting to take hold.
Good Benefits.
I interned here several times before graduating and accepting an offer.
Everyone is super approachable and has no issues helping out.
LOTS of social activities, and a very fun culture.

Cons

Still has some bigger company issues.
The old crew is changing out and some are a little slow to adapt to the new culture change taking place.

I worked at ConocoPhillips as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

ConocoPhillips sponsored an incredible amount of collaboration within its supply chain function. Developing systems to look at total cost of ownership in its procurement, the company understood the importance of long-range planning.

    Cons

Finding itself as a new company, only about a year after the spinoff, Conoco is still figuring out who it is, what it wants to be, and how to wield its status as the largest independent in the industry.
