Great place to work

Dynamic and challenging work and projects. Very good leadership. Managers know what they are looking for and are open for suggestions and feedback, though they do not tolerate laziness and silos. There was a sense of accomplishment when the projects were done on time and on budget. Lots of smart and interesting people in the teams. Great pay (even with reduced rates during Covid). Great office facilities (Houston, TX).
Cons
I found that there was a looming fear of loosing the job in the teams. It did not feel very easy/comfortable. Another one - contractors often do not feel like a part of the team. Some of the decisions were made without our involvement though we were integral part of the long term solution. I guess that is the nature of contract work anyways.

Good pay. Opportunities for learning. Cool campus.
Cons
Intensely bureaucratic. Management often seemed unsure of what interns should be working on.

Horrible Company with Bad Executives; Bad CEO; Bad Shareholders

- At least the toilets are clean.
Cons
A horrible company to work for. The managers on the top verbally abuse mid-managers and subordinates. Taking any vacation or PTO is always frowned upon. I think most of the company profit, a significant %, is going directly to feed the CEO and executives, while expecting others to provide free labor.
