    I have been working at Consilience Software full-time

    Pros

    Working at Consilince Software is good experience. They have a good understanding of their product and what they are trying to do with it. They are actively seeking new customers and are always looking for new market areas to expandinto. They are focused on customer satisfaction and retention.

    Cons

    Job growth opportunities are fairly stagnant as they are being integrated into the Xerox Company Structure. Loss some of that small company feel when acquired by Xerox and HR integration is chaotic at best. Lots of job turn over of current longtime employees.

    Advice to Management

    Need to provide better leadership that gives the staff member what they need to want to stay. Also need to provide better support to team members at the project level. Also need to be careful about playing favorites with employees as some are getting all of the opportunities and others are getting none.
