- Very sustainable business model
- Work with people that care about helping small businesses

Cons

- Sometimes the company does not have the fast-paced mentality and agility as startups in SF do.

Advice to Management

- Have more explicit pathways for career development/mentorship

    Pros

    Great people, lots of collaboration, decent benefits, lots of opportunities to progress and increase your career, everyone here generally cares not only for one another, but also for the customers/clients we provide our service to.

    Cons

    There aren't many downsides to working at Constant Contact, however, I have heard many people wish that the Benefits were a little bit better, such as a lower 401(k) Match than previous jobs. There's also a fairly large disconnect from the "Customer Operations" working environment, to the rest of the company

    Advice to Management

    I think upper management is doing a great job at reacting to many issues that come up. However, if they attempted to switch from reactive to proactive, there most likely wouldn't be any issues that come up at all.
