Local office is excellent — everyone is supportive, helpful, and genuinely works together as a team. There’s a clear path to growth, which makes it exciting to be part of the firm. People look out for each other, creating a positive and motivating environment. I’ve also had early exposure to senior clients, which has been a huge learning opportunity. Plus, the chance to work with smart colleagues across different offices and geographies is a real advantage. While it’s a regional co, it has an international outlook and stays deeply rooted in the regional market.
Cons
Other office brings more of a gossip-driven culture, and not everyone makes the effort to fully understand local Arab and business culture. Clients can be very demanding, and the co adapts entirely to their requests, putting pressure esp on mid level or juniors. The focus is heavily on government clients, even though there’s potential to diversify into other sectors. The business is still very centered on Saudi Arabia, which limits broader regional or even global growth.
