    I have been working at Continental Carbonic full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Decent pay, safety is improving

    Cons

    Action plan is putting out fires not preventing them. No personal days, sick pay requires a doctors visit, vacation is hard to take because of limited staffing.

    Advice to Management

    Be more proactive not reactive, training is abysmal.

    I have been working at Continental Carbonic full-time

    Pros

    Not really any. I guess the people were ok. Safety specialist was eye candy.

    Cons

    Production Manager was super incompetent and didn't have a clue to what was going on. They say safety over production but it's the other way around. Management gets bonuses for hitting production goals but the actual people cutting the ice don't.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to the people. They make your bonuses happen.
