    I have been working at Continental Guest Services part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    You learn to be more responsible since you have to take care of the accounts of the customer's and to input payments. Moreover, one can improve communicational skills, patience, ability to do multitasking since they have to notate three systems simultaneous and in the same time they have to have to talk to the customer and listen to his complaints. Most important, one can develop capacity to work under pressure of deadlines.

    Cons

    First would be the schedule - employees have to work in graveyard shifts, then the fact that you can not maintain a positive work environment with your co-workers since you are not supposed to leave your cubical. I think it is really important to go at work and to be sure you can find a positive backround, but in this case there is no interaction with your co-workers.

    Advice to Management

    The best thing to do would be to have a rhytmic feed-back oriented towards employees.

    Big salaries and nothing more

    Cons

    Absilutely no respect for the employee, chaoes, unqualified managers with no organisational skills. Unefficient tools. Constant pressure, the feelig you're guility and not working enaugh. A lot of work wit 0 quality.
