    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Very smart people with diverse backgrounds working together to help clients. You will learn a lot by working there and have ample opportunities to collaborate on programs. It is a very flat organization.

    Cons

It has undergone a management change and restructuring. It remains to be seen if the new management has the ability to drive the organization. After a year, it is still up in the air.

    Advice to Management

It was a company the relentlessly focused in the people and the culture. The new management has lacked any focus.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

If I have a compelling reason for wanting to do something, I am supported. This means taking on non-billable projects or attending conferences. I have been given a bit of responsibility and am encouraged to do whatever it takes to get projects done.

    Cons

I don't know who my boss is, nor do I know what it takes to get promoted. I am over worked and what I feel is underpaid.

    Advice to Management

Tell your employees "good job." Use your own design process on your internal projects. Let amazing project work be enough.
