      lack of communication and support from management. They say we're here to support you but instead set high unachievable targets and expect you to bring in revenue with outdated technology in an over saturated market of competition.

      Pros

      -hybrid, 2 days in 3 days remote -unlimited PTO -some of the people are great

      Cons

      -poor planning & training -mediocrity is rewarded; high achievers are taken advantage of -if you finish your work you just earned more work without compensation -unfriendly people with some nice ones scattered around -a lot of late hours and some weekends -bonuses are nothing to get excited about unless you are upper management -technology and computers are cheap and slow but you are still expected to finish your work -burnout is common
