    Great job, supportive coworkers, free food, free hawks tickets, discounts, friendly environment, allowed over time on certain days, casual dress code

    Cons

    Low pay, boring training

    7 Holidays paid, 401k (100% for 4%), health care benefits after 90-days.

    Cons

    Managers have proven the "Peter Principle" correct; every employee has risen in the hierarchy through promotion until they reach the levels of their respective incompetence. I overheard a manager talking to her team and complaining about how many times they use the bathroom...

    Positional management is out! The strength of the organization come from all employees.
