    I worked at Convergys full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Work At Home, flexible schedules (trades, give-aways, vacation time, and sick days), team chats give instant access to supervisor, team members, and other help.

    Cons

    Schedule can vary widely from your hired schedule, if there is a shift bid. Sometimes people are shifted back and forth between projects if the needs change, but at least they're not fired.

    Advice to Management

    A bit more oversight of supervisors, maybe distribute their workload a bit more, so that some of them aren't so overwhelmed.

    I have been working at Convergys full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Guaranteed hours, paid time off, and building security.

    Cons

    Lots of money to be made, but not worth the stress of the job. If you need help, there's never anyone there for you. Employees steal lunches that are left in the cooler by other employees. It feels likes prison with the solid colored walls. Management is terrible and very unwilling to help in a time of personal need. You're nothing but a number.

    Advice to Management

    Help employees instead of shunning them away when they aren't on your team.
