I worked at Convergys full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Worked from home, lengthy training

Cons

Was thrown on the phones while we were still in training, it was supposed to be a classroom day but either we went on the phones or received a point for attendance

Advice to Management

More role plays during training.

    I have been working at Convergys full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    You get a bonus based on your performance and metrics at the end of every month, and good shift times.

    Cons

    Some of the downsides are sitting for a long time, and not a lot of variability with your schedule.

    Advice to Management

    Evaluating TL's every so often to make sure they are updated with their own goals as TLs.

    I worked at Convergys full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    It was reliable work, no issues with pay, the people were friendly, the customers were usually upbeat, it had overtime opportunities around the holidays.

    Cons

    it was difficult to get help at times for a supervisor auth so your calls might end up being over 20 min. minor tech problems would sometimes make you late for your shift

    Advice to Management

    They should probably have more helpers for the reps in chat, and the one on one coachings should be done on time so we know what areas to work on
