I worked at Convergys full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

flexible on rearranging shifts if you need it

Cons

low wages, lie to employees, insufficient training, no on the job support from leaders or management, family life of employees do not matter to company, unclean work areas and bathroom, junior high school like atmosphere

Advice to Management

take care of the employees, they are your best asset, screen applicants better and stand up for your employees when it is necessary

    I worked at Convergys full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Guaranteed 40 hours a week, constant feedback from supervisors, incentives. It's a job.

    Cons

    Disconnect between upper management and team leaders/reps. Disorganized at times. Old software that is slow and has a lot of bugs, which makes it hard to do your job as efficiently as you should be able to. Old facility, old computers. No raises.

    Advice to Management

    Talk to your reps directly more often. Update your programs, computers, & facility.
