Pros

Everything is becoming more efficient for employees and taxpayers alike. The journey is slow, and tough, and it has a relentless momentum.

Cons

Still way too many knuckleheads. And the newer arrogant workers have no clue, just juice.

Advice to Management

Allow your team to guide you to success. Its 'bearable', and will deliver the service or result every-time!

I have been working at Cook County (Illinois) full-time

    Pros

GREAT benefits and convenient to get to if you commute. Always something interesting going on. GREAT leadership from Board President.

    Cons

Intraoffice politics can be a little off-putting.

    Advice to Management

As of this writing, the Deputy of this Bureau should have a more robust understanding/experience within the realm of Capital Asset Management. The Directors within the Bureau are top-notch and very knowledgeable about their work/scope.
