We do encourage employees to use the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), mental health first aiders or HR should they need support. In light of your comments, we will review how we let employees know of these services.
Communication throughout the pandemic has been challenging at times, we hope to be able to reinstate our face to face Company briefings sessions once safe to do so.
