I worked at Cooper Gay Swett & Crawford full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

nice offices - location support staff very nice to work with

    Cons

The office I worked in was like being in high school. The "popular" kids worked half as hard for twice the rewards while the rest of us kept the cogs of the giant production wheel spinning with no thanks or recognition, If you want to be overworked for average pay then this is the place.

    Advice to Management

My advice to management is actually hire a manager. The inmates were running the asylum
