    Pros

Real concerned about safety and the environment to the point of always being concerned about being sued all the time.

    Cons

A strong armed management style that is relentless in making a person feel two inches tall with constant but subtle verbal abuse tied with strong profane language. Lead relentlessly complaining over issues

    Advice to Management

Time for a top down change?

    Pros

Easy dress code to follow .They reimburse you for your steel toe shoes. The upper management is approachable. There is a monthly meeting with workers and management letting us know about the state of the business.Advancement is based on seniority.

    Cons

No training. You have to find the oldest person doing your job to find out how to do it. Supervisors tend to be new and do not understand the job.Communication not helpful in your everyday job ,they tell you about safety problems that have nothing to do with your job. They try to make you run two machines at the same time.Supervisors only talk to you when you do something wrong.

    Advice to Management

The only way to make great parts is to train your employees. Instead of working your employees ten hour days and eight hours on Saturday, every week, hire more people. Respect goes both ways.
