A company that cares about you. A very stable and profitable corporation. Always a new product being launched to keep up with the newest technology, therefore keeping your job security safe. Cooper is a company that cares about it's employees and customers.

Keep making your employees feel happy and secure and they will always be motivated to continue to keep this Company thriving and profitable.

    Pros

    Excellent leadership talent at the Team Lead level.

    Cons

    No recognition for achievements. Focus maintained on what hasn't been done. Salary incongruent with job expectations. Benefits nonexistent. Lots of responsibility, but little control over the outcome.

    Your stars, achievers, creatives and innovators are not necessarily the ones who have been with the company for decades.

    Executives are very connected to lower level employees and everyone is very connected.

    Cons

    They are being acquired by Eaton, so there is a little bit of uncertainty surrounding that transaction.

    Continue doing what you are doing to make ALL employees feel valued.
