I have been working at Cooper Tire & Rubber full-time

    Pros

Relaxed atmosphere. Relaxed hours. Managers try but it seems as though there can be a lot off nonsense

    Cons

Working in the Tech Center with a bunch of anal male engineers tends to end up with little worthwhile getting accomplished. Management roles are extremely limited. The new foreign help desk makes fixing minor issues into complex projects.
