    Doesn't Recommend
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Small team environment with good local employees who wish to do the best job for this company who has POTENTIAL to excel in the market....

    Cons

..however, management is extremely disrespectful to worker bees - manages by sound bites not facts and driven by the same board members who nearly killed the company years ago - not can make a comeback - but fear to change and total lack of respect for diverse ideas and thougths will keep A players away from this underperforming example of bad corporate culture.

    Advice to Management

Facts. Find them, listen to them and clear out the OLD deadwood. Selfish personal greed at the top and the facade of caring (via "wellness") are short lived when your real heroes will walk away from you rather than be trounced on. Too bad - you guys could have been a great company.
