Pros

I would like to provide an update regarding the initial post made. While I cannot change many of the thoughts behind my original post, I would like to recognize Copart HR for responding. I did reach out to them and express my concerns. As in life, not everything turns out as we would like but I do believe the director of HR did a very good job in researching my concerns. He was fair and that is all I can ask for. I was still let go, told I had excellent skills and it was not due to my abilities. High integrity but I was to black and white in my decisions. Not flexible. Replaced with a man with a fraction of my skills and training. Who was willing to bend.

Cons

Since my original post, additional women leaders or strong women in technology at Corporate have been fired. Being replaced with men. Ladies, research before accepting an offer. Be expected to hand over your integrity. Given the pattern. You most likely will not be hired. Just another mark to say they interviewed a female.

Pros

Work from home. Things are constantly changing. Positions open up but manager has to approve you and put your name out there.

Cons

My manager was very unhelpful when my position as a team lead was eliminated. I've been here 5 years plus before COVID and I'm back to square one. I feel there should have been a back up plan for us. They want you now to do the work that a lead does but for absolutely no more money.
