I worked at Copart as a contractor (More than a year)

Pros

Hands-on technology or programming positions are definitely alright. Your work at least gets noticed and you stand a fair chance at surviving.

Cons

Any of the lead or transition management positions suck big time. Too many moving parts to manage.

Advice to Management

Get a handle on the situation - its chaotic.

I worked at Copart as an intern (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I loved the environment. I learned a lot about the industry as an intern. People were very friendly and although in every company there are work politics, it wasn't dominant. This company is changing and growing fast.

    Cons

Aren't very many opportunities for advancement that I saw, but there very well could be. Unfortunately they relocated to Dallas, Texas.
