I worked at Coram part-time for more than a year

    Pros

The water in the water cooler was cold. Patient interaction was fulfilling. Every single employee at my branch was pleasant to work with. The team atmosphere is contagious at times. My direct supervisor was fantastic. There are opportunities to advance if you are willing to work 60 hours a week.

    Cons

I was a per-diem employee, which most companies would classify as part-time (about 24 hours a week). I worked at Coram for less than a year

    Pros

I worked with a great group of people. Cross-functional teams were very close and worked pretty well together. Everyone was generally on the same page about priorities and ownership.

    Cons

Hayward is not the most interesting city to work from. Limited food options around.
