    Pros

    1hr lunch’s breaks, nice coworkers

    Cons

    No work-life balance if you have small children in daycare this isn’t the job for you. You never leave on time. Business is growing. Departments are short staffed. Under paid for the amount of work the company wants you to do. Unorganized lack of communication. Management leaves team hanging. Very stressful environment

    Pros

    You have full time hours and work with a whole lot of great people.

    Cons

    some days you have to stay a lil extra to get the last min. orders done. but you get paid over time .

    Wonderful patients & Interesting cases. Many learning opportunities.

    Cons

    Extremely Poor NURSING Management. Initial orientation Incredibly inadequate. Most employees are Caring Team members however the certifiable Craziness calling the shots drives the Best employees away. So many RN’s frustrated with lack of organisation on the Inside & blatant favouritism while sacrificing true quality patient care out in the field many left shaking their heads in disbelief. In the end I too left....
