Pros

Great company to invest in. Great stock to own!

Cons

Bad work environment. It is very apparent that management only cares about their wallet...management does NOT care about its employees. Everyone outside of management is easily replaceable according to management.

Advice to Management

Treat everyone the way you would like to be treated. Reward employees for their contributions. Also, it is the little extras that raise employee moral and makes people feel appreciated for their efforts...Actions speak louder than words!

    Pros

Brand new facility located right off of 225

    Cons

Worse communication I have ever seen in my career in this industry. For some reason, when a customer places and order, the paperwork does not make it into the lab for the people who test it. Apparently, it is the people who test it to do everyones elses' job trying to get the paperwork.
This seems like a very simple fix yet it actually costs the loss of business and loss of important clients. But somehow it still happens almost everyweek.

    Advice to Management

There should be 1 manager to several people, not several managers for one person. There are 2 people on lab shift work scheduled, during the day there are 5+ Managers and supervisors. At night, there are 0, zilch, nada
