    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Excellent colleagues, great pay and benefits, nice office building

    Cons

Absolutely the most unethical, corrupt organization I've ever worked for. Managers and Sr. Managers seem to move up in the company because of their tenure or who they know, not because they are capable. The amount of money the schools charge less advantaged populations for short term educational opportunities is uncomfortable - the same kind of education can be obtain at a fraction of the cost at a community college.

    Advice to Management

Focus on doing the right thing. Being ethical. Get out of the "old boys club" way of doing things. Treat people well.
