I have been working at Corinthian Colleges part-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Great communication, excellent pay, flexible hours, and friendly staff. Job responsibilities are well-defined, policies are properly communicated and adhered to, and overall I love working here!

Cons

Sometimes you can feel underappreciated. The hierarchy of the company is definitely palpable. If you are a part-time employee, there are times when you definitely feel inferior as opposed to being part of the team.

Advice to Management

Please remember to acknowledge the work done by the little people.

    Pros

Good benefits with moderate pay rate in comparison to the for profit education industry. Ground schools have a sensible level of morale. They have campuses nation wide which allows more open job opportunities.

    Cons

Overall there is low job security. Online there is no work/life balance due to working very late shifts, Sundays and Saturdays. Online has lay offs approximately every 3-4months. Ground schools are closing at a rapid rate.

    Advice to Management

Consider changing the schedules and hours of operation.
