    Pros

Benefits and Salary are good. Programming budgets and travel allowances were nice. Dining facilities were awesome, employees have many places to enjoy for lunch.

    Cons

Location and level of unfairness between senior management and other employees. Skills and knowledge are not appreciated, title and where you came from is the value.

    Advice to Management

Stop promoting and hiring incompetence. Look beyond a person degree and background see if they have substance. Just because they have a PhD from a reputable institution does not mean they required the skills to do the job.

    Pros

great pay, excellent benefits and great atmosphere. I worked at the statler hotel as a bellman during my time in colllege and it was an excellent oppertunity to meet people. The managers are very receptive to your school schedule and understand your first priority is school. Overall it was a great experiance.

    Cons

there is a minimun required number of day you have to work, two. Also you may have to work very early in the morning (at 5:45) or late at night (12:00). Also when the hotel is not busy it can get extremely boring.

    Advice to Management

They are doing a great job managing the university and saving to from the financial crisis
